End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective date: May 21, 2026
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, RSI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use Savvy Spender on devices you own or control for personal or internal business use.
Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the app.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where permitted by law.
- Do not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.
Ownership
The app is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by RSI and its licensors.
App Store Terms
If you obtained the app from an app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore), you acknowledge that the store provider is not responsible for support or warranty, and that your use is subject to their terms. You represent that (i) you are not in a U.S. embargoed country, and (ii) you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Updates & Support
RSI may provide updates that are automatically downloaded and installed. Updates may change or remove features. Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis.
Maintenance and Support
RSI is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app.
Warranty
In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
Product Claims
RSI, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your use of it, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of the terms of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RSI DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES. RSI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL RSI'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APP OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Termination
RSI may terminate this license if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
